Purchased a CF Moto U10 Pro XL from them and the experience was great. I was in and out in under an hour for a great price. Couldn’t ask for much more.

The service department is absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t want them putting air in my tire much less working on my side by side that I bought from them. They have worked on my new side by side twice, that I bought from them, and both times have been a terrible experience. Still have not fixed the issue.

My wife and I bought a 2025 Polaris RZR 1000 Ultimate brand new off the showroom floor. I took it in for the first service and the service department charged me for 1 quart antifreeze and spark plugs. A new quad shouldn’t need this type service. I am a 4 time returning customer for Meridian Cycles! I will never buy again from these rip off convicts! Evidently they are not topping off the fluids and the spark plugs is a mystery! The service manager couldn’t give me a reason for the plugs or quart antifreeze! What a ripoff! The only reason for 1 star is because I couldn’t leave no stars!

my husband picked his bike up after getting the tires replaced and we didn’t make it 1 mile down the road before it shut off and now it won’t start. be careful of what you sign and check your bike before leaving. i wish we did

Can’t even change a motorcycle tire without damaging rim. Stay away! Have tried multiple times to give this place a chance, this was the last strawTrying to shop local. All I get is how do I know this wasn’t there when you brought it in.
